bought three of these lights and replaced the exterior lights on my old Passive Solar home. The house has a 70's idea of modern and these lights look right at home.

These are high quality. The main body is cast aluminum and it is attached to a stamp steel pan. The lenses are glass and appear well sealed. The light is heavy.

I didn't have any trouble installing these. The stampled pan has enough room for the wiring to hide behind it and because of that, you don't have to try and stuff all of the wiring into the small junction box that your wires are likely in.

They are bright but the light design casts that light upward and downward. The internal refractors reduce much of the lights output in directions other than straight up or straight down. So these are great if you want to illuminate a small area around, say, a door, but not so good if you want to light up your driveway.

I'm giving them 4 stars. The light dispersion could be better and I think they cost more than they should. But the quality is good and installation is easy.
