Picture of part was not accurate could not get the chart to show the part I needed after my request although the part I needed was in the picture of the wrong part I order. The return policy was difficult to understand and not worth returning according to the policy. Was told part I needed (F) was unavailable then tried to get whole post which was available in black but could not get in white.

Poor Warranty Support

I have purchased several, several Lutec outdoor LED lights, two failed, burned out. Lutec would only replace with proof of purchase under warranty - I could only locate one receipt so, only one will be replaced under warranty. The problem, customer service is lackluster, said they would ship out a replacement. Unfortunately, that did not occur, no light arrived and, customer service doesn't respond to my query. I would not recommend their products from the standpoint of longevity and customer service support. Cheap, isn't better, it's a hassle to have to take down, replacement, etc. 👎

What a beautiful light and so well made replaced old light destroyed by falling tree it also fit my old light bolt pattern and very easy to install I like it better than the old light well worth the low price I paid 5 stars and was shipped to me fast

Seems overpriced

It’s a simple light bulb but I couldn’t find the same type available elsewhere. $20 is a lot of money for a small bulb like this. But no problem with the delivery or operation.
