Terrible Customer Service

Lutc accidentally shipped an extra ground spike (Which I had paid for ) for my post light that I had ordered because one was included with my original Lampost purchase .I’ve spent over a month trying to explain to the company they shipped it by mistake and I needed a return processed for a refund with no reply

I ordered the lamps I never received my lamps I paid for them my order was confirmed I never received them the only thing I received was a Christmas card I then it showed that my order was delivered I never received my I want my merchandise I pay for

It worked as it should but customer service is, well let’s say lacking. I sent an email a week before I ordered and still have yet received an answer.

To install a poll lamp in the ground I thought it would need cement and a deep hole. NOPE thang goodness for the Lutec fast poll light mount. I have purchased two mor lamps and mounts for the rest of my yard. A++
