I purchased this to set up on my back patio so I can have additional light on my BBQ grill. I do a lot of night time grilling and found it hard to see my meat due to lack of light. This flood light shines one light on my grill and the other one on my yard and works great. I have it wired to a switch by my patio door so I control when it goes on, I did not get the one with motion detection.

Purchased two of these about a year ago. Put them under the soffit on each end of the house switched, not motion sensors. They were easy to install and put off a great amount of light. One of them filled with water and another of the single light heads dimmed out after about 10 months. I contacted Lutec and they sent out two new fixtures right away. Very pleased with the lights and especially this company!!

Some other reviewers had commented that the company had been too cheap to include a gasket. The company must have taken the reviews to heart because there was a gasket with my order.The instructions are worthless but if you're at all handy, you really won't need it. It was very easy to install. I spent far more time removing my old broken fixture than installing this replacement.Light is terrific. Lights up our entire yard. Very nice!
