Need help!

The first three are we ordered are delightful. Not too bright and not too dim.

I ordered 7 more and they are not the same design nor the quality as the first three.

I’d like to send them back and replace the 7 with the same as my first order. I’ve not been able to get in contact with anyone to discuss my problem.
