Customer Service Does not respond when shipment arrived with broken bulbs

The product is exactly as described. However, the included bulb was shattered from shipment. Needless to say, i had reached-out to customer services by email of the situation. I was seeking a replacement bulb not the product. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY ISSUE!
Then I thought I could get a replacement bulb at Home Depot, since they sell Lutec Products. NO such luck. I was forced to order and purchase this bulb from Lutec at a cost of $19.00, plus shipping.
Bottom line: NIce product, but DON'T rely on Customer Services for any assistance.

Extremely pleased

I placed one on each column of our new entrance gate. I removed the bottom platform and they fit perfectly in the 2metal columns. The lights give off the equivalent of a 20 watt bulb each. The upper inside of each lamp has a reflector panel which intensifies the lighting. My neighbor with a similar entrance gate bought 2 of them after seeing mine. We are thrilled as they add security and class to our new gate. Took about 5 minutes to install each!
