Poor lighting

I had to remove the bottom screw on plates on each lantern to remove the shadow underneath the post. Overall, I am satisfied with purchase and will consider buying another one soon.

2nd order has not been shipped, no updates, no replies to inquiries for four days.

First order was fine, updates were provided and order was received in 5 days. Second order has been lost, no updates, no delivery, no responses to email inquiries as to the status of the 2nd order. Unacceptable customer service.
